Strength, Speed, Nutrition
Marist's Strength, Speed, and Nutrition Camp is designed for boys and girls of all different training levels. During the week, campers can expect to learn multiple exercises, agility drills, and receive nutrition advice from a collective coaching staff of over 90 years in the various fields. Campers will divide their days with an equal focus on weight room, speed and agility, and sports nutrition. Campers also will get the opportunity to use the pool in Marist's Aquatic Center in order to cool off and recover. At week's end, campers will receive their own folders with handouts of exercises, drills, and nutrition guidelines as a future reference. This camp is open to both boys and girls ages 13 and above.
