War Eagle Sprint Training Camp is an instructional camp for boys and girls. Campers will work directly with the Marist sprint staff and former sprinters to learn the fundamentals of sprinting (running fast). Each weeklong session includes learning techniques, drills, and skills to help campers become faster runners (sprinters) in a fun-filled environment. Practicing and competition will allow campers to apply the knowledge and skills learned each day. The camp is designed to accommodate both advanced sprinters and those who are new to speed training. The War Eagle Sprint Training Camp is led by Marist Varsity Sprint Coach Tony Bennett.
